Thank you for your interest in becoming a Retreat Host with us! At 4U Retreats & Travel, we’re dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences that inspire restoration, rejuvenation, reconnection, and relaxation. As a Retreat Host, you’ll have the flexibility to lead retreats virtually or in person, anywhere in the world, using venues like Airbnbs, resorts, cruises, and hotels.

Our hosts are independent contractors who set their own schedules and can host as many retreats as they desire each year. To ensure a high standard of excellence, all hosts must attend at least one 4U Retreat before becoming a host, participate in an interview process, and complete our virtual certification course -- 4U Retreat Host Academy.
